CESAFI Basketball Record History
CESAFI or Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc was formed in 2001 and is composed of ten teams.
University of Visayas currently holds the most Championship titles in CESAFI history with 10 titles.
Notable PBA giant centers Junmar Fajardo and Greg Slaughter played and fought against each other in CESAFI. Fajardo and Slaughter both won CESAFI MVPs and were Co-MVPs in academic year 2009.
Junmar Fajardo holds the most CESAFI MVP awards with three, while Greg Slaughter, Enrico John Llanto and J.R. Quiñahan each had 2 MVPs.
